Job Title: Regional Sales Manager -Oncotherapeutics
Location: Uae
Job Purpose
1. To drive sales growth of key oncology brands and Biogenerics in the area by driving best practice and leading implementation activities.
2. The job holder will be expected to take a lead role in working with the Institutions and local distributors along with the product teams
The role requires working with KOL and area teams to maximize brand share.
Key Accountabilities
1. Provide active input into the development and review of launch plans
2. Launch plan reviews, on the job coaching, sharing best practice.
3. Provide hands on support to improve the implementation of brand strategy for key brand launches and promotion via:
A. Review of Brand plans including life cycle management
B. Conduct cross-area activities e.G.PR, CME, KOL plans
C. Ensure timelines of product launches
D. Utilize contingency planning
E. Implement and monitor specific marketing projects as required by central / assigned by the area
F. Preparation of promotional material to support strategy implementation in small
Distributor markets

Skills And Experience
Degree standard education in scientific or business discipline
Strong commercial background within marketing company environment ensuring up to date practical marketing knowledge.
3 years Marketing/Product Manager experience, and
2 years minimum Sales experience required
Well-developed communication skills. Fluent in written and spoken English, Arabic would be a strong asset.
