Please Note: This Job role suitable only for students who are presently on an internship program.
We are looking to offer a minimum of 6 months internship for our Event Producing department, specializing in business research and project management.
The Responsibilities will be to:
• Research and obtain intellectual content of conference programs, gathering background information
• Structure the conference agenda as a result of live research with senior and op level managers from across section of multinational companies
• Locate and persuade the suitable and relevant speakers to participate in our high level events
• Design the company event brochures, leaflets, advertising pamphlets etc
• Copy write and budget plan to ensure maximum profitability of our events
• Develop partnership with media and trade associations, as well as with local governments to ensure the events are the most developed and researched in the market
• Generate latest challenges and highly innovative topics
• Overseeing the smooth operation of the events
• Work towards company targets and deadlines

| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
Requirements
• High level of English both verbal and written for copywriting and brochure production
• Highly confident on the telephone with senior management
• Creativity in production with excellent management skills
• Good team player with great sense of humor
• Good computer literacy
• Good Analyzing skills
• Areas of interested in International current affairs, business trends and business issues
• Other European languages would be a great advantage
