Role Summary:
Responsible for the daily transaction activities and directing the growth and efficiencies of the Firm’s Operations Department. Reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ability to address:
o Account reconciliation
o Corporate actions
o Pricing and cost basis
o Cash management
o Preparation and analysis of performance measurement reports
o New account execution and transition
o Statement tracking and data input for aggregated reporting
o Alternative investment data input and performance analysis
o Quarterly and ad hoc client reporting
o Family limited partnerships and partnership accounting
• Design and implement operational process improvements
• Liaise with and support the operational needs of advisor staff
• Work with technology staff to improve operational efficiencies
• Interface with custodians
• Insure the integrity and operation of the Firm’s portfolio/data management system

| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
Qualifications:
• 8-12 years experience in an operations environment with a registered investment advisor
• Experience with Schwab Institutional and PortfolioCenter
• Experience with alternative investments (hedge funds and private equity)
• A hands on person with the passion and interest to develop and improve the firm’s operations activities, processes and efficiencies
• Someone who wants a career in operations
• A natural problem solver with a keen eye for detail and service excellence
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college.
• Understands and abides with the Company’s client centric culture and values
• Professional demeanor and a “can-do” attitude
• Self starter and desire to work successfully in a small company environment
