Minimum 8 years experience in the same/similar position. Good knowledge of both Rooms and Housekeeping management is requested. Flexibility in managing and leading the team to meet the market`s satisfaction is essential. Experience in different catogaries of hotels and Pre-opening stage is preferred .Excellency in customer relations and good interpersonal skills, Full comprehension over service is necessary, great attitude concern hotel business trends, creative, a proven team player.
Reports to GM. Responsible for the hotel operation management which covers front office, housekeeping and F&B. Establish operation budgets and cost control. Develop and complete standard operation & management system. Implement and supervise hotel management and ensure the execution of management system in order to increase the value .Organize and adjust qualified operation management team to maximize the revenue generated.
