Senior Infrastructure Manager
Corporate Engineering Services
Key Duties& Responsibilities::
• Provide expert advice in the area of project infrastructure in all phases of project development to
project teams, as required.
• Performing due-diligence reviews and audits of infrastructure projects.
• Review and assessment of projects in accordance with engineering standards, departmental
guidelines and policies.
• Active involvement in value engineering process through detailed technical project reviews and
analyses.
• Drafting and implementing engineering guidelines and policies with regard to infrastructure.
• Identifying and researching innovative technologies and design methods in the area of
infrastructure services and utilities.
• Maintaining high professional standards through continuing education and skill improvement
activities.
Qualification & Skills::
Education and Experience
• Strong preference for post-graduate degree in civil/mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 15-20 years of work experience.
Specific Knowledge/ Requirements
• Extensive consulting experience in the area of residential, commercial infrastructure projects.
• Extensive experience in infrastructure master planning.
• Expert knowledge of state-of-the-art design and construction technology with regard to
infrastructure projects.
• Extensive knowledge of international infrastructure engineering codes and standards.
• Ability to prepare and present engineering concepts to project teams.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and interact with all management levels.
