Experience in Handling P&L Role for Infrastructure projects especially in sea ports, airports, LRT, MRT, waste water treatment plants etc..
Oversee the development and implementation of the project management plans relating to design and construction.
Oversee and review the results of: contractor pre-qualification, master schedule development, project budget evaluation, cost estimating, and financial reporting.
Oversee and review the management and operations of the Project Control System in the implementation of tracking, logging, expediting and monitoring systems and the preparation and distribution of project data and monthly reports. This would include schedule, cost management and control systems.
Oversee and review the performance of the of project administration in respect of contract management and administrative procedures, preparation of contracts and variation orders, claims defense and adjudication activities.
Oversee and approve financial and cost accounting and reporting functions and the handling of project accounts as well as administration of bonds, guarantees, insurances and completion warranties and guarantees.
Oversee and review construction management and supervision of contractor activities, including direction and coordination in the field, and contractor compliance with schedules , standards, safety and quality control, permit and insurance submittals to local authorities. Organize recovery workshops and actions as needed.
