Job Description/Role Expectation
100% participation in all process trainings. Achieve 95% marks in all assessments
Execution of client deliverables as instructed by Supervisor/Team Leader
100% compliance to all client / Internal procedures and guidelines
Meet and exceed all client/Internal targets
Provide feedback to Team Leader on improvement areas in the process
Participate in QIP/Process improvement initiatives
100% compliance to all organization rules and regulations
