Our client is a world leading global cement/mineral machinery manufacturer.
They are extending the service that they offer to their clients and will now be offering a turnkey solution for the construction of cement manufacturing facilities.
Consequently they are now seeking to take on a number of new staff to support this.
Ideal candidates will have previous cement industry experience and be interested in worldwide travel. The work locations are project dependant, so successful applicants will be expected to be flexible.
Key Duties:
Independent direction, supervision and execution of the commissioning work for entire and partial cement plant facilities until the time that final acceptance is made by the customer
Conducting of measurements and calculations for acceptance tests
Preparation of technical manuals and studies
Training of the customer’s personnel
Audits of processing technology facilities
Key Profile:
Basic skills in chemistry and electrical engineering
Multiple years of experience in commissioning work are advantageous
Knowledge of measurement and control technology
Great work ethic, willingness to assume responsibility and work independently
Great communication skills and the willingness to be a team player
Coordinated and goal-oriented thoughts and actions
Cost-consciousness and a willingness to travel as required. This would also include extended stays at building sites abroad (several months).
