Ladies and Gentlemen,
On behalf of the Dean of the English department and the Director and Vice Director of the foreign affairs office of Alcanta College of Foreign Languages I am most pleased to announce that, due to expansion, an additional position is now available within our faculty.
Here, at Alcanta, we believe that each and every student, regardless of age, can be educated. And our mission is to educate each and every student. We welcome like minded professional persons to join us in this most rewarding process to work with us to reach our objective. The successful applicant will be entrusted with the nurturing and education of students from a wide age group.
We are currently in the process of introducing weekend classes for younger students between the age of four and ten years. The teacher would be required to take charge of these classes in conjunction with college age student classes for three days during the week. Two consecutive days off per week would of course be arranged in a manner as to suite the Teachers requirements.
Our standard conditions and salary would apply to this position.
Our Teachers are required to work 22 hours a week, that is 88 hours a month, the salary package for such includes:
7000 RMB per month.
Yearly bonus of up to 12,000 RMB.
Ticket allowance of 6000 RMB.
Full participation bonus of 600 RMB per month. Fully furnished private off campus apartment, or a housing allowance of 1,800 RMB per month.
Yearly insurance.
An overtime payment of 150 RMB for each, if any, extra 45 minute period worked.
