•Strategize, lead and control Offshore Business Unit (Offshore Business) Construction activities to ensure Floating Production System (FPS) physical developments are completed on schedule, within budget, conform to all statutory, class and relevant codes requirements and standards, safe and fit for operational purposes in meeting customer’s requirements.
