Senior Specialist - Assistant Product Manager E-Channels (Internet, Java & browser mobile banking)
This role is primarily responsible for supporting and developing the internet banking and Java & browser based mobile banking services and any other technology based new channels with a view to enhancing functionality, improving operational efficiency and maximizing profitability.
Key Accountabilities
Regularly updates Internet banking and Java & browser based mobile banking services, ensuring that all content and applications are up to date…
Produces MIS to measure effectiveness of internet banking and Java & browser based mobile banking for customer experience/satisfaction, performance, and utilization including costs
Finds and suggests innovative ways to increase and optimize customer usage in internet banking and Java & browser based mobile banking.
Aids preparation of financial and operations reports presenting actual versus plan results…
Co-ordinates and produces MIS for lead generation, sales from CRM campaigns with Contact Centre, Service Delivery, Branch and Direct Sales…
Aids research and presentation of consumer and market trends that impact business line performance and results for Principle’s analysis and presentation…
Recommends changes on policies and procedures to ensure efficiency, service, quality, security and revenue... Reviews and updates at least annually to ensure process effectiveness and control…
Tests systems and functions ensuring that all transactions run free of bugs and correct...
Cooperates with the ICT, key operations areas and business line staff to ensure excellent customer experiences within vendor and industry capabilities…
Keep track of internet banking and Java & browser based mobile banking services of competitors and finds out new internet and mobile banking services offered by banks around the world…
Keeps track of new product launches and information, ensuring all channel information is kept up to date…
Aids collection, documentation and distribution of business requirements…
Researches new technology for use in the bank for new products…
Prepares training materials for customers and staff…
Undertakes administrative tasks as required to support channels e.g. writing and printing memos, e-mails, letters, and projects, arranging meetings, etc…
Monitor and follow up internet and mobile banking security features and operations… |
| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
• Education: Graduate/Post Graduate
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of web technologies, mobile technologies, Internal Banking Processes, banking systems, platforms, products and standards. Ability to work with figures and arrive at meaningful, equitable solutions under defined timelines...
• Behavioral Skills: Interest in technology, eager to learn, hardworking, team player, dedicated to deliver the requirements and a high level of attention to detail
