Dynamic positioning (DP) is a system which automatically maintains a ship’s position and heading by using her own propellers and thrusters. This allows operations at sea where mooring or anchoring is not feasible. Navigation (Nav) is an integrated bridge design solution which is adaptable to the requirements of all sea-going ship types. It is designed to meet all IMO and classification societies` requirements all the way up to one-man bridge operation.
Thruster Control (TC) is a remote control system for propulsion units and thrusters which can be integrated with DP and Nav systems as well as Marine Automation systems from the client.
Main tasks:
• Administrative and professional manager of delivery projects
• Provide satisfied customers both external and internal
• Set project goals, plan and control project activities, economy control and follow-up and reporting
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the overall project
• Attain both main and part goals set in the specific project (related to both time, economy and contents)
• Provide correct competence in the project
• Manage and support project members in their work
• Control the project and take initiative to corrective actions when this is necessary

| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
Required competence:
• Technical and/or administrative education
• Good knowledge with maritime products, systems and applications and the maritime business
• Excellent verbal and written English knowledge
