The Clients Customer Support is responsible for all support and follow-up towards the end customer after the projects are completed by the project team.
Their goal is to provide the best possible support and follow-up during the whole lifecycle of the system to the customers` full satisfaction.
Their support activities are increasing and they are looking for a Field Service Engineers who are interested in working in a hectic and demanding international environment.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
• Technical on-call service and assistance world wide
• Installation, test and commissioning of the Clients products
• Hardware Engineering / commissioning of upgrade projects

| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
Required competence within one- or more areas:
• Electro / Instrumentation
• Control Systems/Automation
• Good PC & Data knowledge
Education & Skills:
• Education and/or experience within electronics, automation systems or similar
• Ready and motivated for world wide support activities
• Self-starter / self-driven person with positive attitude and good cooperative skills
• Ability to handle several activities simultaneously in a hectically environment
• Good communication skills in English
Both experienced and non-experienced are encouraged to apply.
It is also possible, in periods, to work at one of the service offices abroad.
