We are looking for an Executive Chef with extensive culinary experience and strong leadership skills in this high profile restaurant in Downtown Richmond VA. If you possess the managerial skills associated with the position of a lead Chef AND have a natural, creative flair, experience with Fusion Cuisine and enjoy providing guests with an innovative, healthy and delicious dining experience -- you're our candidate!
We are currently in the process of bringing our establishment into a new and exciting era. A fresh, new look will greet our customers as they enter our doors to begin their dining experience. They will then be presented with new and exciting menu selections, featuring fresh organic, locally-grown products, clean, healthy cooking.

Duties to include:
Experienced Chef's culinary, managerial and administrative skills:
expanding/reworking menus, following the Italian-American theme
proven leadership skills in managing, training and building strong teams
extensive repertoire of creative lunch, dinner and weekend breakfast dishes all beautifully and artistically presented
maintaining tight food and labor costs
maintain minimum of 95% health & safety scores
producing the ultimate in taste and presentation, while maintaining profit goals
monthly inventory, labor analysis and food costing reports
product ordering
Staff Scheduling, hiring and dismissal (when necessary)
