Candidate will be responsible for day to day support of installed IT Networks including Windows 2003/2008 and ISA Servers and desktop stations. The candidate should be familiar with local area and wireless network technologies including switches, routers, and firewalls as well as MS server solutions in a production environment. The Candidate will be work closely with the Network Engineering team to ensure standards and policies are followed.
Provide planning and technical support for 3rd party installers
Maintain network configurations and user access reports for all WLAN/LAN users
Maintain our Network Access Appliance (GUI), to include Client policy updates
Upgrade network component firmware as required
Perform Quality Assurance testing on all installed network equipment
Troubleshoot and maintain servers, routers, switches, firewalls and access points by providing proactive monitoring of the network and monthly performance analysis and tuning.
Ensure that system outages are cleared in a timely and efficient manner and perform post-mortems on network incidents; issue written recommendations for technical and policy improvements.

Able to administer and maintain Microsoft Server 2003/2008 and ISA Server
Advanced understanding of software related issues with the Windows platform
Understanding of troubleshooting networking and TCP/IP configurations with a network environment that has multiple VLANS
Hands on experience with Wireless LANs, hubs, switches and routers
