GM, Production Operations
Our client is a manufacturing company that designs, manufactures and sells a broad range products for use in targeted markets in the healthcare industry.
The GM, Production Operation will be responsible for all elements of production, warehousing and various other manufacturing operations (manufacturing innovations, quality, safety, delivery schedules and financial goals) as well as being second in the succession plan to eventually lead the operation in the caribbean.
Essential Job Functions:
•Manage all production and warehousing areas.
•Develop, recommend, educate, and implement quality improvements, lean manufacturing, six-sigma techniques through leadership and collaboration.
•Initiate cost reduction projects with timely implementation and results.
•Continuously evaluate the organization and recommend positive change.
•Develop annual financial and capital budgets.
•Follow environmental and safety regulations and act in compliance with local laws.

| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
Bachelor's required preferably in engineering. A MBA is a plus.
Bilingual-communication abilities in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
Experience working for a US base company |
