Customer Service Agent
One of the World’s leading providers of on-line gaming entertainment is currently looking for Italian,Hungarian,Romanian,German,English,Danish or Spanish Customer Service Representatives with dedication and vision to fill the vacancies at there office in Gibraltar (British overseas territory, located in the South of Spain).
The Role
Answering customers’ questions via e-mail and telephone, following standard procedures and using internal tools.
Questions can be related to Accounts, Payments, Betting, Sport, IT etc
The call centre style department currently has 90 other CS agents’ from 22 different countries. Suitable applicants must be a Native Speaker in the requested languages and preferably have previous experience in customer service or a call centre environment.
An interest and knowledge of sports is an advantage.
This is a busy environment so it is important to stay cool under pressure.
The candidate needs to be flexible, Customer Service work shifts, currently between 8am-midnight, Mon-Sun.
Essential Requirement
Excellent telephone manner
Good command of English both spoken and written
First class customer handling and interpersonal skills
Ability to resolve issues to a high level of customer satisfaction
Problem solving skills
Computer Literate
Team Player
Willing to re-locate to Gibraltar
The Package
A relocation package is available (2 months in a company apartment) and they will also pay for flights for the interview.
Starting salary is £17,000 to be increased to £20,000 pa (£19,000 pa if shift work is not required) after successful 3 months probation period
There is also a performance related bonus scheme paid out annually (up to 15% of the annual salary.)
