Context:
Under the general guidance of the Training Manager - CHO, and within the limits of Aden Services policies, procedures and Human Resource Framework, responsible in assisting with the implementation of Aden Services’ training function, including developing a complement of qualified branch trainers and establishes a system for generating training data and evaluating results.
Job Specifications:
• Assist the Training Manager in Analyzing training needs of the branches in general and individual departments
• Assist in developing training materials and programs in support of Branches
• Establish a training library of books, videos, journals and audio visual materials to assist trainers in their training programs and for staff personal development
• Coordinate with Department Trainers/ Branch Training Supervisor in preparing and conducting departmental training
• Produce monthly training reports for your Manager including:
O Internal Training Programs conducted:
O Who attended
O Number of people attended
O Duration of training
O Who trained
O Cost of delivery (including labor costs)
O Anticipated return on investment and/or training goal
O External training programs attended:
O Who attended
O Number of people attended
O Duration of training
O Who trained
O Cost of delivery (including labor costs)
O Anticipated return on investment and/or training goal
• Liaise with other Branch Training Managers/Supervisors to share experiences and resources
• Liaise with educational institutions conducting hospitality and training courses
Plan and carry out training activities to improve the professional and personal skills of Aden Services employees in China.
Responsible for preparing all kinds of equipment and materials needed for the training.
Prepare the assessment methods and measurement systems and follow-up as necessary.
Organize training venues, logistics, transport, accommodation as required to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery.
Responsible for traveling to all the branches in China to train supervisory and manager level of employees.
Planning and leading training programs in liaison with the branch managers
Plan functional training budgets, forecast costs
Responsible for report on activities, costs, performance, etc, as required.
Select and manage external training and accreditation bodies, agencies and providers necessary to deliver required training to appropriate standards.
Arrange for the maintenance of all necessary equipment and materials relating to the effective delivery and measurement of training.
Ensure all training activities and materials meet with relevant organizational and statutory policies, including health and safety, employment and equality laws.
Ensured that all equipment and materials of the training department were kept in their best conditions.

Requirements:
Degree in hospitality or related disciplines is a plus
Work experience in training: Minimum 2 years
Good team member, organization skills, great flexibility
Able to travel for short term period
