Our client, a major regional player in UAE with, is looking for a topnotch Franchise Manager – Retail for their retail development subsidiary in Dubai.
Reporting to the Franchise Director, the incumbent will support in developing the franchising opportunities, joint ventures, and partnerships with top international retailers in order to meet the franchise objectives of the Company. He/she will manage and implement franchise plans and programs and oversee all functional areas of the franchise program implementation. He/she will be accountable to undertake the ongoing supervision of franchisees, identify the key franchises, conduct market research, evaluate franchisee operations, and ensure that franchises are promoted and sold only to qualified prospects.

| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
The successful candidate must be a university graduate, with at least 8 years related experience, preferably within UAE. He/she must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
