| Stellen-Beschreibung: |
1) Working with the Business Development Teams to decide, by building appropriate financial models, through rigorous due diligence process and risk analysis, the financial feasibility, viability and profitability of a project to be bid for.
2) Building appropriate corporate and financial, capital structure for a project.
3) Arranging the necessary equity and debt capital for a project’s development, construction and operations. Ability to independently handle all equity and loan documentation, including the ability to understand key contracts like EPC Agreements etc.
4) Building a financial risk model for anticipating, identifying and mitigating the financial and regulatory risks through the life cycle of a project.
5) Building and institutionalizing processes encompassing financial risks, financial management, end to end accounting, taxation, treasury, compliances, management reporting, corporate governance etc.
6) Building and nurturing relationships with financial community such as bankers, financial institutions, investment bankers, treasury houses etc.
7) Building and nurturing relationships with key financial / legal advisors such as tax advisors, regulatory advisors, lawyers etc
8) Building and nurturing relationships with regulatory authorities such as Tax Administration, Central Banks, Investigation Authorities, Corporate Governance Authorities etc
9) End to end financial and management accounting, taxation, treasury, financial management, corporate governance, board management, management reporting, cost control, ERP implementation and management, statutory compliances, preparation and monitoring of annual operating plans etc
10) Building and nurturing relationships with investors, joint venture partners etc.
11) Mergers & Acquisitions. Ability to understand and structuring commercials of key contracts like Shareholders Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements and such other agreements relating to mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures.
12) Constructing right finance organization structure and building, training and retaining competent teams to deliver all the above functions efficiently
13) Representing organization in media / external forums.
14) Above all, be a strategic partner to the CEO and to the top management for achieving the business growth, business sustainability and institution building. |
| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
CA / ICWA / MBA Finance with at least 20+ Years of Experience of managing Multi - location finance function.
Willing to Relocate to Bangalore need only apply |
