Answers telephones and provides desired information for clients and temporary employees.
Implements company policies and identify and evaluate their qualifications, relevant experience, skills and suitability for assignments to fill work orders.
Performs sales calls were leads are generated from print or web ads as well as referrals.
Performs sales calls to existing clients trying to promote current candidates on file.
Sales are 40% of the positions duties.
Conducts all reference checks and initiate background checks of applicants in accordance with company policies.
Conducts new hire orientation to include describing employment guidelines, benefits and safety.
Markets job openings to potential applicants and markets qualified applicants to clients.
Monitors temporary employee’s attendance and performance by checking all the time cards for accuracy and entering all pertinent information into client profiles.
Maintains client and temporary employee records to ensure completeness and accuracy in compliance with company policy and safety requirements.
Coaches and counsels temporary employees to ensure quality performance and job satisfaction.
Resolves client / applicant issues and / or complaints.
Generates sales from cold calls, referrals and industry events.
Tracks customer satisfaction survey results and develop action plans to address areas for improvement.
Coordinates the interview process from resume submission to offer stage.
Advises the General Manager on invoicing the client as required on all permanent and contract fills and assists in the collection of outstanding invoices whenever necessary.
Visits clients from time to time.
Follows up with thank you cards for all new clients or placements.
Manages effectively assigned client account and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintains a good working relationship with the client by calling the client in a timely manner to check and see how things are, as well as bring or renew any contract.
Recognizes and respects the sales territories.
Prepares various reports as directed by the General Manager.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
