Key Responsibilities / Duties:
• Ongoing management of Partouche Poker operations towards ensuring the establishment, growth and success of the premiere poker room in the world.
• Recommending improvements to Partouche Poker to increase satisfaction of players and bottom-line profitability.
• Implementing rules, policies and procedures where defined, defining them where not, and generally working to improve all player and staff processes within Partouche Poker.
• Co-operate with the IT Department to set up rules for Fraud and Risk Management.
• Investigate security issues involving players, e.g. Collusion, Chip Dumping, All-in Abuse, Chat abuse etc.
• Maintain high level of work efficiency among fraud agents through analysis.
• Discover current fraud rings profile by data analysis.
• Protect Partouche-Game.com by means of early fraud detection, problem solving, and complex information analysis.
• Resolve security issues while promoting high level of customer service.
• Discover new techniques in fraud prevention and customer service using various software and applications.
• Working to ensure the measured and gradual holistic integration of the online poker room concept while maximizing its value to players and the poker room at all times.
• Working with PPT Tournament Director to evolve the PPT into one of the largest poker tournaments in the world.
• Supervising administrative assistant or other Poker Assistant staff.
• Providing excellent customer service to all players.
