| Stellen-Beschreibung: |
• Manage a team of web and database developers in the Dominican Republic.
• Collect business requirements from Product Manager in the US and collaborate with software engineers to design customer-facing systems and applications.
• Delegate development work to team of developers, prepare project and team work schedules, provide status updates to Product Manager, and provide technical assistance to teams as needed.
• Adhere to and perform required quality control procedures and processes to ensure an optimized development lifecycle and quality deliverables.
• Participate in the development of new applications and programs with the Business Intelligence and Development group. Offer recommendations and solutions to resolve issues, modify existing programs, and create new programs.
• Provide information regarding office supplies, equipment needs, and facility requirements to US office. Communicate with outside vendors, including office support, building manager and facilities management as needed. |
| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
• Project management and technical leadership experience in a role with responsibility for executing deliverables to customers.
• Bachelor`s Degree preferably in software engineering, computer information systems, information technology or related. GPA of 3.0 or higher required.
• 3-5 years solid experience as a Developer working with ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server (relational database design, stored procedures, tables, etc.), AJAX, XML, and JavaScript.
• Well developed communication and business management skills. Fluent English and Spanish speaking and writing skills required.
• Ability to translate and clearly communicate business issues and technical information to individuals with varied levels of expertise.
•Experience working with offsite teams a plus. |
