Position: Assistant Sales Manager

Job Description: 1) 1) Knowledge about automobile parts such as tires /spare parts /batteries and lubricants. 2) Oversees the strategic, operational, fiscal and administrative aspects of the marketing & sales units. 2) Assists the sales managers in planning and developing sales strategies & marketing plans, both short & long-range. 3) Maintains & meets sales targets in relation to goals and ensures increase in gross profit margins. 4) Leads and directs the sales team to achieve a satisfactory profit/loss ratio. 5) Ensures that high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality are maintained 6) Maintains positive relations with dealers, suppliers and distributors. 7) Supervises all merchandising activities such as proper product displays, proper pricing and is actively involved in product promotions. 8) Ensures proper documentation of sales and analyses sales reports to monitor the effectiveness of sales methods.
Desired profile:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree. Retail management degree will be preferred.
Experience: 1-3 yrs experience in the same field with good sales ability. Good communication skills and pleasing personality. Must be fluent in English and Arabic. Transferable Visa- Article No. 18.
Nationality: Arab Nationality other than Syrian.
