Job Title: SOW for Wimax Surveillance Engineer
（Requirement：5 Engineers）
• Responsible for the surveillance of the WiMax network. Perform 24 hours surveillance of the whole WiMax and transmission network by NMS and EM-Systems.
• Monitor, analyze and clear all faults reported by these systems and also complaints coming from Customer Care and other operators.
• Call out the Field Technicians with a work order, when physical intervention in the equipment is needed.
• Guide and support corrective maintenance for Field Technicians.
• Escalate difficult problems to the TAC System Engineers.
• Responsible for handling and the content of Trouble Ticket System, Logbook and Flash Report.
• Support and assist Surveillance team members.

• Bts
• Aaa
• M2000
Note:
The expert will be directly under management of STC’s TAC department for the duration of contract in Stc.
The expert will have to execute his responsibilities as STC’s TAC department’s instructions.
STC will evaluate the expert if he meets STC’s expectations and requirements.
Requirements:
Education: BS in Related Science with Electronics Basis Experience.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in telecommunication system, and at least 3 years in Maintenance of Telecommunications Network Management Systems. Good knowledge of Wimax are necessary.
