My Client a world leading oil services company with ovrer 30,000 staff operating in 50 countries world-wide has the immediate requirement for a Procurement Manager. Following a period of growth within their Russian operations, you will lead a project procurement and materials team to manage the entire procurement process for a project in Moscow, Russia. The ideal candidate will come from either a: oil; process; chemical or pharmaceutical background.

Essential skills & experience:
• Excellent understanding and knowledge of procurement and supply chain practices, processes, materials management and sub-contracts
• Knowledge of Russian language
• Good work ethic and ability to work flexible hours as required.
