Contract Manager
My Client a world leading oil services giant has the immediate requirement for a Maintenance Contract Manager for their operations in the UAE. My Client has a workforce of over 50,000 staff in over 50 countries world-wide.
The primary purpose of the position will be to deliver on a major gas contract for a major gas facility in the UAE. The role will also have an additional task involve bidding and negotiating for other contracts in the region with the oil & gas sector.The incumbent will be the ‘face’ of the organization in the region and as such will be required to negotiate and influence at a political level with local authorities. Furthermore the ability to manage and develop local contacts and relationships are a pre-requisite for the position.
The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years experience and will probably be chartered however this is not as relevant as having the right combination of bidding, negotiation, operational and commercial flair to deliver the role.
