Pay:
Rates as per the chosen pattern per pilot per month (pro-rated for any part month) for up to 80 Block Hours standard flying duty per month.
Line Captain: $7,300/mo (up to $10,500 with overtime possible!)
Check Captain: $7,700/mo (up to $11,000 with overtime possible!)
Type Rating Instructor: $8,500/mo (up to $12,200 with overtime possible!)
Type Rating Examiner: $9,000/mo (up to $12,900 with overtime possible!)
Completion Bonuses:
For completion of First Year, $12,000 completion bonus will be paid in full.
For completion of Second Year, $13,000 completion bonus will be paid in full.
For completion of Third Year, $15,000 completion bonus will be paid in full.
Pay Date:
Payment shall be sent from NEXGEN’s bank account, less any bank transfer charges, to an account to be nominated by the Captain for each month of completed service, no later than the 10th day of the month following the month of service.
Where the 10th day falls on a weekend or public holiday, payment shall be sent on the next working day.
Taxes:
The Captain’s personal income tax shall be the Captain‘s own responsibility worldwide. NEXGEN/AICL shall not be held responsible for any liability claim, demand in respect of any personal taxation of the Captain.
Travel:
AICL will reimburse the Captain for travel to and from his/her home city to the nearest Air India Online Station (JFK, ORD, LAX).
AICL will arrange and pay for the cost of the Captain`s travel to and from India in Business Class subject to availability.
After completion of first three months service, AICL will make available, as travel benefits, two free and two ID90 tickets in a year to theCaptain and his family members, on “Subject to Availability” basis in Economy Class on AICL.
Accommodations:
AICL will pay for, or provide, hotel accommodation and daily breakfast for Captains at layover stations when away from any online station of AICL outside India as agreed by AICL whilst on flight duty and during training.
Time Off and Leave:
14 consecutive paid days off per two calender months
Sick Leave:
15 days sick leave
Medical Insurance:
Obtaining the medical insurance policy shall be the Captain’s own responsibility.
A monthly additional payment of US $100 (USD One Hundred only) shall be paid to the Captain towards the medical insurance premium.
Transportation:
AICL shall provide Crew Duty Transport between hotels/airports at Base Residence and whilst away from Base Residence on flight duty and during training or reimburse the actual cost on public facilities at reasonable rates within city limits in accordance with AICL policies.
Permits Licenses and Visas:
AICL shall, where necessary, obtain at its own expense all work permits, Indian regulatory validations and other documents necessary to enable the Captain to undertake the Assignment and pay the costs of renewal of the license of the Captains’ home countries, including any necessary simulator check and instrument rating renewal (but excluding the license fee, which the Captain shall be responsible for) |
