Position – Senior Support Engineer. This role is in France
Duties and responsibilities will include provision of technical support to customers to trouble shoot and resolve any problems. Be present and visible in the IT Service Desk and available to international users requiring technical assistance, respond to questions from callers.

| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
Experience working with complex systems and data:
• Programming Knowledge (SQL, JAVA, HTML)
• Oracle preferable
• Strong UNIX skills
• Experience of supporting Windows XP/2000/2003, Networking technologies (TCP/IP, SNMP, Proxy…),
• Night/weekend work will be required (on-call rotation)
Desired skills/background:
• Applicable university or college IT related degree or significant experience in IT systems support
• Five to seven years experience of working in IT environment
• Ability to manage a heavy workload and work under pressure
• Strong customer service and teamwork mentality, friendly presence and helpful attitude
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others in an international environment, ability to provide technical support over the phone, previous customer service experience strongly desired
• Provision of timely, technical customer feedback
