Randstad Cyprus, is seeking to employ a Programmer Analyst, on behalf of its client, an international software company.
As a Programmer Analyst you will be responsible for:
•Developing the company’s software
•Installing company’s software and train clients on site as required
•Deliver quality software to client on time
•Solve any client software problems relating to company’s software
•Identify ‘bugs’ in system
•Work to a quality assurance (QA) standard
•Support the client software life-cycle
•Develop software using various tools

| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
The successful candidate should have the following profile:
•Degree in computer science
•Min 3 years in a similar role
•Database development skills in Oracle 9i/10g, PL/SQL
•Database administration skills in Oracle 9i/10g
•Development skills in JAVA for web environment
•Development skills in C (ANSI C) would be an advantage
•Administrative skills on a Unix or LINUX platform
•Project experience in installing, configuring, testing and training clients
•Outstanding general knowledge of technology
•Analytical thinking and problem – solving
•Experience in the credit card/banking industry would be an advantage
•Ability to learn new technologies quickly and correctly
•Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both written and spoken
•Willingness to travel abroad for project implementations (2 -3 weeks at a time)
