Randstad Cyprus, is seeking to employ an IT Support Specialist, on behalf of its client, who designs and develops servers and software for an open environment, integrating the most advanced technologies, and proposes a wide range of services, from system integration consulting to outsourcing.
As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
•Providing application support on a day to day basis
•Providing technical expertise and being well versed in client/server technical tool sets and WSDOT standards, procedures, and methodologies; analysis, design, and technical programming
•Understanding customer business issues and business language
•Support and act as backup for most WSF IT Vendor Applications

| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
The successful candidate should have the following profile:
•Good Knowledge of Unix operating systems
•Knowledge of any RDBMS (Oracle, MS SQL Server, My SQL, etc) will be considered an advantage
•Knowledge of Web/Internet Technologies
•Programming knowledge will be considered an advantage
•Positive attitude and customer service skills
•Able to work independently and as part of a team
•Strong analytical skills with good understanding of both technical/business issues
•Good communication skills, ability of understanding customers needs
•Good problem solving and customer focused approach
•Fluent Greek & English both verbal and written
•Display initiative and responsibility
