Randstad Cyprus, is seeking to employ a Facilities Coordinator, on behalf of its client, a well renowned local property management company who currently manage a shopping complex.
As a Facilities Coordinator you will be responsible for:
•Oversee the center’s facilities activities to maximize centre value
•Oversee overall maintenance and cleaning of the centre
•Collect and deposit the monthly rent from all the retail outlets
•Developing and implementing an ongoing marketing and promotion plan for the centre
•Tenancy & contractor management
•Purchases and quotations
