We have been retained by an Indian Infrastructure client to carry out global talent search for a CA professional to take up an assignment with them at Chennai, India as Finance Manager for their 1.5 Million Sq Ft Luxury Segment Shopping Mall.

Job Profile:
The successful candidate will be responsible for
* Looking after the finance function, including day to day accounting, financial management and MIS of various business units
* Dealing with Banks and funding institutions
* Vendor Payment and project related expenditure
* Accounting and Auditing related to Leasing and Licensing part of the job.
The ideal candidate should
· Be a Chartered Accountant
· Should have exposure to the Real estate and Construction Industry
· Should have sound knowledge in
Long-Term Financial planning & structuring
Working Capital Management, Budget Preparation, MIS and Control features
Desired qualifications:
Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be a CA with 3 to 8 years of experience with strong financial analytical skills
