Swedish Recruitment is a recruitment agency focusing on the European job market. Our customer is a multinational IT-company who offer products and services within Support, Hardware and Software. They are looking for one Danish speaker for their office in Cork, Ireland. The sueeceesful candidate will offer a first class service to customers, internal and external.
This is a full time, permanent position and you will be working mainly towards the Danish market.
Do you want to work in an international environment where you change from one task to another constantly? We think that you are a problem solver who really likes to help people and you have an eye for detail. You are curious and interested in developing as a person, you will be required to keep updated on new technology
It is a distinct advantage with previous experiende from a customer service/ Call-centre environment.
The Job:
- Identify and solve problems by e-mail, phone and Web
- Prioritise problems
- Ensure a high first time solution rate
- Support your co-workers
- Assist in producing manuals and guides
- Escelate unsolved issues and follow up
- Make sure that customers always get a first class experience
- Develop your skills through product training
- Additional projects as required

| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
Tecnichal back ground:
- Good working knowledge in Microsoft applications and software
- Good working knowledge in Lotus Notes
