Making sure that Wardrobe consultants follow through on all customer commitments.
Working closely with all Store Team Members and assisting them whenever possible.

Ensuring that all Team Members employ our selling and presentation techniques.

Referring and reporting high quality staff members to the head office for evaluation and promotion.
Staying in constant contact with head office regarding all matters.
Ensuring of the safe and correct amount of money that is coming in as well as going out.
Keeping a detailed record of employee working hours.
Making and reporting a report of well selling and non-well selling merchandise.
Checking the stock level and ordering in time.
Monitoring staff behavior and service towards customers.
