1. Responsible for operational management of the Surgical Services areas: Operating Room, Post Anesthesia Recovery Room, Central Sterile Supply Department.
2. Ensures nursing standards and management systems are consistent with KKESH standards and JCIA requirements.
3. Is accountable for the standard of nursing care and management of resources across 24 hours.
4. Prepares and manages the department budget.
5. Relieves the Manager Surgical Services as required. |
| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
1. Graduate of accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred; Masters Degree as asset.
2. Current registered nursing license from country of professional practice.
3. Minimum of five (5) years of progressive clinical and management experience in the Operating Suite.
4. Demonstrate management/ leadership ability.
