Customer Support
Learn existing company products and services
Provide 24x7 on-call support via mobile phone when rostered on
Focus on Service Restoration first
Analyse, Diagnose, and provide workarounds until a permanent fix can be supplied to the customer
Be available for flexible hours by negotiation to fix important issues
Problem analysis and follow-up
Gather the necessary information for the problem to be solved
Answer the customers questions posted in company’s call tracking system
Produce any necessary reports resulting from incidents and assist in the investigation and any actions resulting from Root Cause Analysis of incidents.
Track the status of a Call and make sure that Calls are updated correctly and on time
Help the Customer Support Manager to produce his weekly report
Teamwork
Self-managing, take initiative and be pro-active in everything you do
Assit the support teams to which you are assigned to meet deadlines
Participate in the up-skilling and training of colleagues and new staff.

| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
Understanding the computing technologies used in company’s business to the extent that the role can be performed effectively
Good writing skills and bility to present ideas to both technical colleagues and customers
Able to quickly gain a working knowledge of the IN architecture
Have a passion for technology and innovative software design
Capable of quickly understanding technical issues and learning new technical skills
Proven achiever who takes responsibility for themselves and those around them to ensure delivery
Ability to relate to a full range of people, both technical and non-technical and internal and external
Either fluent English speaker or fluent in Arabic |
