Key Responsibilities:
• Grow a loyal casino and games customer base through customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation
• Maximize casino turnover, gross margin, and yield
• Manage our client’s casino and games lobbies
• Drive the development and improvement of the casino product
• Develop and optimize the strategy and tactics for customer life cycle management, including how to acquire, retain, and reactivate casino and games customers. This includes optimizing product/services offering, pricing, promotions, and distribution channels
Job Skills Required:
• Significant experience from the i-gaming industry
• Excellent marketing skills, including customer life cycle management
• Experience from online casino marketing is a plus
• Experience from Profit & Loss and budget responsibility
Preferred Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent English, both written and oral

| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
Computer Skills:
• Must be adept in use of Internet, email and Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and Word and any other related software related to the gaming industry
• Experience of leading online casino software is a plus

• Able to work extended hours on occasions when required.
