This position is offered in the Global Capital Markets group of Boca Comm. The candidate joins a distributed global team of sales and marketing support personnel. The candidate will be situated in the Rio de Janeiro office of Boca Comm GCM and provide back office support to senior sales executives. Ideal candidate is recent graduate or university senior. This paid internship will give you exposure to international markets and international finance. The office in Rio de Janeiro will focus on the development of Brazilian companies seeking penetration into new markets world-wide.
Responsibilities

Duties/Responsibilities
- Development and Management of Business Contacts data base in Brazil
- Documenting sales leads and transmitting corporate sales brochures
- Sales and marketing materials support and development
- Marketing Materials development in support of sales staff
- Translations as required
- Encourage and enforce adherance to utilization of IT systems and regulations
- Collaboration relationship development in various sectors and practice groups locally and internationally
- General back office support for local and international sales team and finance arranging teams

Requirements

Strong PC computer skills and good communicator
Business or Finance studies a plus
Research experience
MS Office working knowledge of Word-Excel-Publisher

Local language (Portuguese native)
English (complete fluency verbal and written)
