Sunrise Community is a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to provide supports and services in such a way that individuals with disabilities can take their rightful place in the community.
Part time and PRN/ On-call LPN positions are available now! Premiums are paid for weekend assignments.
Job Duties include:
~Assist individuals to become involved in their community
~Facilitate daily learning opportunities
~Provide transportation services in company vehicles
~Complete daily paperwork
~Help individuals with their everyday needs such as meals, laundry, etc.
~Administer medications on a daily basis
~Provide ongoing assistance with medical issues
