Position: Change Management Consultant
Location: US - Minneapolis
Educational Qualification: 4 years a degree related either with Information Systems /Technology, Management or Economics.
Experience Range: ( Total years and Minimum Relevant Years for the Position ) 6 to 10 years with top retail or consulting firms.
Job Description:
What candidates should have in terms of: Knowledge of job, Market knowledge, Communication skills, Team Management, Business Development.
The candidates should have:
-Strong consulting experience in organizational and business change management in IT related projects.
-Extensive knowledge and experience in the Retail industry.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-Strong influencing and leadership skills.
-Advanced IT skills, Retail systems knowledge and a Master on Business Administration are an added advantage.
-Fluent English (spoken and written).

-As a Change Management Consultant you are expected to support the program management team in identifying change impacts and change management needs (business processes change, organizational change, communication and training), and propose and execute action plans that successfully address those needs.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for working closely with the program teams to identify change generated by the projects, assess the organization and its needs, and propose action plans.
To do this you will need to get acquainted with the clients change management methodology and apply it in developing your work.
