Position: Project Manager
Location: US (Boston and Minneapolis)
Educational Qualification: Degree related either with Information Systems /Technology or Economics
Experience Range:( Total years and Minimum Relevant Years for the Position ) 6 to 10 years with top retail or consulting firms
Job Description:
-What candidates should have in terms of: Knowledge of job, Market knowledge, Communication skills, Team Management, Business Development
-As a Project Manager you are expected to manage a project or a set of projects, being responsible for delivering the projects on function, on time, on budget, on quality, aligned with the agreed scope and towards client satisfaction.
-You will lead and manage the project team by assigning and monitoring tasks, developing and motivating the team members.
-Strong experience on Oracle Retail Products (ORMS, ORIB, ORPM, OReSa, ORIM), Java, J2EE and/or and Oracle Database, Forms and Reports.
-We also require good experience on software application development life cycle..
-Team management and good communication and leadership skills.
-Advanced IT skills and a Master on Business Administration are an added advantage.
-Extensive travel required to participate in projects.

Responsibilities
-You will be responsible for managing projects according to defined methodology and process and to control and assure the quality of the project deliverables.
-You are also expected to monitor and control Project costs and expenses against budget and to manage resources work assignments and time and effort dispended.
-Throughout each project you assess both project and team members’ performance and you propose actions for improvement.
