Goldcastle Onesource is looking for a Technical Support Specialist. Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Business Center. Salary will range from Php 12,000 - 30,000 depending on experience. Responsibilities:
• Resolve our customers` technical queries and concerns by providing real time support accurately for Internet customers through phone and email;
• ADSL, Dial-Up and network administration experience is an advantage;
• Experience with any of the following platforms, Windows and Linux Operating System Ensure schedule adherence;

| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
Qualified candidates should possess the following skills and abilities:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor`s/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma/Master`s Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent;
• Knowledge in TCP/IP, OSI Layers, Firewall, VPN, SMTP, POP3;
• Must be knowledgeable in operating network equipment such as ADSL and dial-up modems, routers, firewalls, proxy servers;
• Excellent English communication skills both oral and written;
• Ability to do multi-tasking and willing to work long hours;
• Proficient in using the Internet and knowledgeable of Microsoft office applications;
• Amenable to work night schedules, holidays and weekends;
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply; |
