Based in the R&D site in cambridge. 200 people on site. 3 things get researched - RNAI - new tech, genetics, regenerative meds
site consists of 50% PHDS and scientific personnel
Part time - 24 hours per week - flexible - preference is over 4 days - only have the budget for this right now
BE face of dept, deal with walk in business, operate the HR service center, benefits admin, answer ques, coordinating some patient/interview schedules, deal with new hires, and onboarding
Independence will increase over time, to become compeltely self sufficient
Working with jsut the current HR manager full who is full time and the part time recruiter
Previous HR exp, preferably in Bio-high tech environment
peoplesoft experience is preferable, but def HR database experience
comfortable with HR issues and questions
organization and attention to detail are important
On going support - 12 month position
on boarding and off boarding full time workers and contractors
all done using online tools
Small friendly community in building
worried about over qualified peopel who may leave before the 12 months
Not a recruiting position
this is a recruiting support admin position
Minimum of 3 years of HR coordinating experience
Must have face to face interview
all work on site
Preference is a bachelors degree or equivalent exp
