We are currently hiring exceptional Assistant Beverage Managers to join our talented shipboard staff!
Responsibilities will include:
•Ensuring that the bars operate efficiently quality requirements and standards,
•Monitoring the bar staff and providing a high degree of “Floor presence”
•Continuously monitoring USPH procedures for sanitation and cleanliness.
•Providing on-the-job training to improve your team’s current performance, and prepare them for advancement.
•Meeting with staff to review guest comments to implement revisions and improvements
•Planning, assigning and directing work appraising performance; rewarding and providing corrective action
•training employees on all aspects of service and selling techniques;
•addressing complaints and resolving problems for both employees and guests
•managing the financial aspects of the beverage operation, including
-operating the bar within the budget requirements, and
-successful identification of expense reduction through cost control
•Performing any other job-related duties assigned by their supervisor or management.

| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
Job Requirements
•2-3 years of relevant experience in a high volume setting
•2 – 3 years experience simultaneously managing 3-4 venues.
•Bachelor’s degree
•capability to accommodate a 4 months on / 2 months off contract schedule for this onboard position
•2-3 years managing a staff of 35 +
This position is located onboard one of our vessels.
All International applicants must have the ability to obtain a C1D Visa
Shipboard employees must be able to physically lift and/or move up to 50 pounds without aid
Foreign language skills are preferred, but not required
