The Applications Manager will be responsible for scheduling, crisis management, assisting in product development, advanced applications, escalated customer service concerns, professional development of the applications team, organization of research customers, development of white papers, training on product roll out to internal staff, training documentation for sales and advanced MR troubleshooting. This role involves travel within North America, 30 to 50% of the time.

Requirements
Managerial or supervisory experience a must
•5+ years of combined technical and supervisory experience.
•MRI Technology / Physics (MSc, PhD, RT) background
•Strong technical knowledge on MR (M/I experience might be considered)
•Strong influencing skills coupled with excellent relationship building skills; ability to successfully work within a matrixed environment.
•Ability to identify issues and prioritize work for self and team.
•Proven leadership skills.
•Ability to motivate others with a positive can-do attitude.
•Tenacity and drive; ability to persevere through obstacles and barriers.
•Strong attention to detail.
