Our Client, well know international company with beverages is looking for a qualified worker
to join the Prague Customer Centre.
Purpose of the job
- OTC (Order-to-Cash) process involves the following processes:
- Master Data Management
- Invoicing & Bonus
- Management, Accounts Receivables
- Collections and Data
- Performance Reporting
- To manage the macro-process activities to meet SLA requirements for service and quality.
-To supervise an OTC Germany and Hungary teams consisting of around 40-50 people
-To ensure compliance to audit and internal control for the activities performed by the teams
- To ensure internal and external client satisfaction by effectively communicating and helping
to meet their respective needs
- Coordinate with OTC Director and other Managers to set and execute OTC strategy.
Main characteristics:
- Give structure and guidance to a new team
- Develop all individuals within the team to achieve their full potential
- Ensure full flexibility within the team to meet existing and future business needs
Oversees the activities of the OTC teams and align resources as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
Assist OTC Director with recruiting and interviewing OTC team members
Plan and define performance goals for OTC teams
Assist OTC Director with annual budget preparation process
Create and maintain a positive work environment
Prepare and manage team metrics
Assist in demonstrating commitment towards continuous improvement and willingness to
challenge existing practices
Experience
2-3 years experience in managing a team
4-5 years experience in the OTC process
Experience in working in an ERP environment
Experience in working in a multi-national environment
Experience in working in a process-oriented organization
Utilities industry or Shared Services experience a plus.
Experience with SAP financial module
Computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project etc)
University degree in Economics, Business and related field required
Fluent English and German in speaking, reading and writing
Additional languages in Hungarian/Dutch/French are an advantage
