Our client is seeking an experienced Nursing Supervisor within OR/Dialysis/ICU for a permanent role based in Al Khafji, Saudi Arabia.
In the role you will be responsible for day to day duties and setting of staff rosters and overseeing staff discipline and assisting with recruitment when required.
You will work as part of a team and day to day patient care for a variety of patient groups and ages whilst ensuring full professionalism as all times.
The hospital has:
• 112 beds, four wards.
• 10 bed ICU and a 6 bed NICU.
Extensive experience as a Senior Nurse / Nursing Supervisor within OR/Dialysis/ICU areas.
You must have supervisory experience and the ability to work under pressure and adapt to new situations and challenges.
In return you will receive a TAX FREE salary between $45,000 - $50,000 USD per annum.
You will also receive an excellent benefits package in addition to the salary given.
