Should have experince on setting and analyzing the IT project portfolios.
The Senior PPM Developershould be capable for Design, setup, and maintain the resource pools and PPM org units.
They should be able to maintain the IT Portfolio classifications like Asset class, Project Class, Business Objectives etc.
SPPMD can work on the configuration of PPM Object Types, workflows, Workplan templates, Project issues, Risks, request details and the scope changes.
Senior PPM Developer should be able to design, build and maintain Request types and request type workflows.
Should have expert knowledge of SQL and PPM Data model
The Configuration Manager will be expected to have a broad knowledge of server applications running in a distributed UNIX environment.
The Configuration Manager will support installation, configuration, tuning, load testing, product evaluation and deployment of server applications on test instances and production environments.
Configuration Manager will be expected to be responsible for regular builds and release Management in development, QA and production environments
Create and manage resource pools and project resource profiles. Manage resource capacity and utilisation. Create and manage budgets for departments, programmes and projects.

PPM developer should have the ability to code in PERL, Shell script and in PL/SQL.
PPM uses its own proprietary tool to facilitate custom configurations - modifying portlets, adding new user defined fields and validations, setting up workflows, etc
Develop customized interfaces to and from PPM application
Strong PL/SQL development
PPM Configuration experience
Experience with PPM (Project Portfolio Management) market and PPM tools
Hands on experience with version control tools, project configurations and releases.
Should have exeperince on Creating and Scheduling Concurrent Programs, Executables
Hands on Experince on Changing and Setting Profile Options.
They should worked on Adding or deleting Printers, FTP destinations and Executions of Change Requests (CR).
PPM developer should able to debug and resolve the issues while migration.
Publish and distribute portlets and dashboards on DEV and Test Instances
