Responsibilities
* Direct a Quality Assurance program
* Work closely with Project managers, UI and Interaction Designers, Software Developers and QA departments of partner companies on innovative PC-independent Skype Device projects
* Ensure Clients devices will launch with the high Quality needed for worldwide markets
* Perform system testing, black box functional testing, UI testing, stress, load and white box testing
* Find, report and manage bugs
* Constantly increase Level of QA and the Quality of Clients Devices by
* Improving internal processes and tools
* Optimizing quality measurements
Skills and Experience
* BS degree in CS/EE or equivalent
* Experience in Software Quality Assurance
* Networking, p2p, voip knowledge
* Test automation experience and programming skills - a big plus
* Software QA certifications a plus
* Complete understanding of QA processes
* Strong interest in new technologies, mobile devices and gadgets.
General skills
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple diverse tasks
* Good technical, analytical and trouble-shooting skills
* Excellent English communication skills
* Good team player and fast learner
* A `can-do` attitude and persistence in getting issues fixed
